About Roland Stoever

Financial trader Roland Stoever comes from a long line of entrepreneurs. His father and uncle founded the Wall Street financial services and portfolio management firm Stoever Glass more than a half-century ago. Today, Roland Stoever manages the company.

As the managing director of Stoever Glass, Roland Stoever directly oversees both the proprietary trading and the capital and markets desks, and he coordinates the firm’s corporate bond inventory as well. Additionally, he collaborates with an experienced team to offer comprehensive portfolio assessment and management services and market and securities analysis. He and his colleagues at Stoever Glass were able to maintain profitability through the recent economic recession by declining Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) money and by making quality investment decisions.

In his free time, Mr. Stoever donates to community initiatives, including Salvation Army programs, and he enjoys spending time with his family. Mr. Stoever also enjoys sharing his rich family history. His mother, Renate Stoever, wrote the book Escape from Plauen: A True Story, which details Renate’s life in occupied Germany after World War II and her and her family’s subsequent escape from East Germany.
